In this cellar the grapes arrive just harvested.
The months in which we use that winery are September and October.

Visitors who are in those months as well as you can see the various processes of wine, will also have the opportunity to smell the fresh grape must which will give life to our great wines. In this cellar the wines will keep until the following spring, when it will then be poured in the underground cellars for final maturation.

Before entering in the underground cellar is "required" to pass from orciaia, which is the room where we keep our "green gold" the extra virgin olive oil, which has received several awards all over the world.
