Rosa Rosae

 

This rosè wine has a lovely salmon color with aromas of rose petals, pamplemousse, dusty plum and nectarine.


On the palate, flavours of cherry and raspcherry with white melon, and hibiscus.


Well balanced acidity with a medium-long finish.


It is prefect for pairing with red smoked fishes, boiled meat and fresh cow’s milk cheese.

It is obtained from Sangiovese grapes

Wine produced annually: 5,000 bottles

Serving temperature: 11°C

Alcohol content: 13.5 degrees
